Open the same pack page with the same wallet connected. PULL remembers the purchase reference and will offer to check and open it. Checking never charges you again. Paid packs left unopened for 2 hours are refunded automatically by Collector Crypt.

Where is my card?

Your card is delivered to your wallet as a digital asset and the physical slab stays in Collector Crypt's vault. Find it under My pulls, or manage redemption and shipping on Collector Crypt.
